Yes, Alexander, Dawkins is a determinist on morality, discussing in his "The God Delusion" the alleged biological aspects of burgeoning morality in early humans and suggesting that such a thing still controls human "good" and "bad." I blogged on it on August 6 when I reviewed "The God Delusion," which was fantastic when it stayed off of morality. Thanks for your comments.

Evolution aside wouldn't you say that Dawkins is a determinist. He accepts altruism and suggests it has biological roots or am I wrong?
